Once upon a time I was invited by DC Comics to draw Superman. They loved my work, but since I can’t spell SUPERMAN…

“Dear Mr. Esgar,
Thanks for your incredible art. Your vision of Superman is mature and alternative – precisely what we were looking for this new Superman mini-series. However, we are concerned that you seem not to know enough on DC characters and Universe. Can’t you spell correctly the name Superman? It is simply a letter less, but our legal department strongly prohibits us to publish your work. Unfortunately, we are forced to end your contract from the present moment.
